Lollipop Update Problem

Hello Community,

so today i bought a new Sony Xperia Z1 and the first thing i did was updating it to Lollipop. I did this even before I put in the Sim Card (just in case it's useful).

My problem now is that it finished installing the Update and now i am just seeing a black screen, only the task bar on top is showing. I can't do anything, can't scroll down the task bar, nothing. I also put in the sim card, but that didn't help either.

I also took a screenshot, in case it helps.

P.S.: i restarted it several times

Thanks for your reply,

but it isn't related at all, because this is a complete new phone, which I just bought today, also the other phone was a Sony Xperia Z, this is a Z1

I can't back it up with PCC, because it tells me that I need to unlock my phone (I made a pinlock before I updated it), but i can't because I dont see anything, and also the other way you send the link of is not working

Edit: This problem also occurs when i am starting it in safe mode

You will have to reset your phone, turn off your phone > and follow the steps to repair the phone, there's no way to unlock the phone.

@DH27

You can factory reset your phone with MyXperia or Android Device Manager

Thank you very much, I deleted everything with the Android Device Manager and it's working again
