Have you tried getting in touch with your Local support? They may be able to offer some insight on how to acquire a new original charger for you to use.

Regarding 1% being drained in 4% of browsing, that could be completely normal depending on the circumstances. Basically, it all depends on what you were browsing (media, text only and so on), which apps were ran in the background, which processes were active, if the device had been under heavy load prior to the browsing, the screen brightness which you've set and so forth - there are a lot of factors which impact battery so it's hard for me to tell if it's normal or not - but it doesn't sound strange from my personal experience.

or is there any other thing that caused this?

Hi @Xenous,

I very strongly recommend that you strictly use our original chargers and USB cables, as we can't guarantee the quality and functionality of other third party chargers. They may also have a negative and hazardous affect on your device should something go wrong, so I strongly advice sticking to our original ones.

However, regarding your estimated battery - please note that this check is not very effective when the device is fully charged. The feature works in such a way that it calculates the estimated battery time in accordance to how you have used the device.

As an example, if you use your device heavily from 100% to 90%, the device will expect you to persist with such usage for the remainder of the battery, and show you a shorter estimated battery time than if you'd use your device scarcely. If you check the estimated battery at 100%, the device will not have had a chance to make a calculation so the estimated battery will not be as accurate as it can be.

I recommend that you use your device as you normally would for at least 20% prior to checking the estimated battery time in order to get a more precise estimation. Please take note that the longer you use your battery, the more precise the estimated battery presented to you will be.

Let me know if that helps! Slightly_smiling_Face

thanks for the reply @Emir!

based on your solution, I also have an issue with Sony original charger. I got a GreenHeart version which has low quality of material, and it needs a few minutes to fit inside z1's usb port. This makes me turn to custom charger and now I feel the battery life is reduced. while browsing, I noticed the battery lost 1% in 4 minutes. is it normal? thank you.
