How do I fix this??

I am getting a message saying...
Unfortunately the process com.sonyericsson.extras.liveware.extension.onlineprocess has stopped.

What does it mean and how can I fix it?

Could you try to reinstall the SmartWatch 2 application to see if this can help? Also, if you can check via Settings > Apps > The tab "All" > if you can find "com.sonyericsson.extras.liveware.extension.onlineprocess" and clear data for the app.

Hi,

Do you have any accessory connected to your phone? A headset, SmartWatch or SmartBand e.g? If yes, have you installed any extensions for this accessory?
