HELP PLEASE!

I forgot pattern lock on my Sony Xperia Z1 and i need it back please help me. I have tried a rest ect but nothing is working.

Hi,  unfortunately if you forget your pin or password you will need to do a factory reset of your device. All your data and apps will be deleted.

You can also do a system repair with PC Companion which will erase your data also and will be easier than a factory reset with a turned off phone ;

Factory reset

1. Thus, turn off your handset completely: press power button and select “power off” or press and hold the power key for a few seconds.
2. Then, enter recovery mode ( turn on the device,  when the screen turns on start pressing the volume up and down buttons really fast)
3. Once in recovery use volume up / down buttons in order to scroll up or down and power key to select.
4. Pick “wipe data factory reset” and perform the same.
5. When you are done, go back to main menu of recovery and from there select “reboot system now”.

Plug in the device 

At the top left click update and then there will be a blue highlited wors system repair. Choose that option and do as it says in the instructions.

The other alternative to MyXperia is Android Device Manager
