Hard Buttons not working

So I have had my z5 replaced 3 times, all different imie numbers.

After a couple of weeks the side Buttons stop working all together

So if the phone dies it can't be turned on again.

I was going to flash the os but the volume buttons don't work.

Is this a common fault?

Post paid on Optus, first phone lasted 12 months before it happened then each one after only a few weeks.

Since there is no setting that can regulate the function of the hardware keys, I would suggest that you have your phone examined by an authorized service technician. Due to the fact that service routines and consumer laws varies depending on market, I would suggest that you contact your local support team for further actions in this matter.
