Z3
Have just gotten my screen repaired for the second time. (Very expensive) 200 Dollars per time.
I was told to charge it for 24 hours. Because the battery was flat, and was depletting itself. -
The phone is (i think is charging) the led light is on for the last atleast 24 hours.
(Just the day before it held power for 2 days straight.!)
I can not turn it on and none of the tips about the power button and volume is working.
It does not even vibrate, just dead.
I can read that i should contact my retailer again, but i also have to work, to be able to pay for the repairs.
Guess iam just stupid klinging on to my Sony. Some of the other brands begins to sound like a solution i need to live with.
I have used a lot of time searching for the answer, so i do not have great hope for a quickfix, but hey,
maybe i can get surprised positive.
Sad but hopefully Sony fan.
Best regards
Kurt D

Hi @Kdegn,
Have you been in contact with your Local support team in regards to this? If not then I suggest that reach out to them.
I understand your frustration but it seems that there's some other issue, who repaired your phone? was it a third party or a Sony Xperia repair center? if the later, contact them directly >>> Local support, if the former, perhaps they told you to charge it for 24hrs so you wouldn't notice the problem.
Hi,
Thank you for the swift reply, however i guess the question is:
When I charge the phone, it will put on the red light constant, and the red light go off when i remove the charger.
But the phone will not start up with or without the charger.

Have you tried pushing the little tiny reset button next to your sim card (behind the cover) until the phone vibrates 3 times, then trying to turn on?
