you can install an app called 'myxperia'. provides some form of tracking etc. Although i think it is still in beta.

go on this site and make sure that you are signed into the google account that you set your phone up withhttps://www.google.com/android/devicemanager

xperia z has myxperia feature built in go to settings enable myxperia then you can browse to https://myxperia.sonymobile.com/ and then trace it from there
