Error Processing Purchase DF-BPA-09

I keep getting this Error message whenever i try to download from Google, but....

I have seen on a Google site how to fix it, it says....

- Tap on settings.
- Select applications.
- Select all option.
- Click on Google service frame work.
- Tap on clear data.
- Click on OK option.
- Check your issue might have solved.

So i tapped on setting, and there is on application, only apps. So i tappen on apps, and you cannot select anything, so what shall i do now?

I think you have misunderstood the instruction tap on Settings on your phone not the Play store

So open Settings then Apps and swipe to All then locate and open Google service frame work then tap on Force stop then Clear cache and Clear data then reboot and test the app in question
