Empty graphic battery usage

Yesterday I received my phone from de official SAT for a problems with battery drop.

The SAT has do a replacement of battery an some other pieces on garanty.

But now if i want to see the graphic usage of battery it is always empty and i can really verify if the problem with the battery is really  solved.

Yesterday I do a factory reset clearing all data, and the problem persist, and the SAT sent my the phone totally clean of sw so i think they did also a sw repair of the phone.

How can I see again my battery graphic??

can you post a sceenshot of the batery usage?sometimes the battery usage does not show data when for example the phone is fresh of 100 % charge.. try using it a few minutes

Hi @huesos,

Can you also shut down your phone and see if it charges while turned off? It sounds like a SWR might be necessary but if we can get as much information as possible hopefully we can identify the problem.

I used the phone all day, and at no time has the graphics data

Yesterday i charged the phone with power off until 100% as how the repair report recomended to me. The phone looks like that is working "fine" but in the afternoon i have no battery and i cant verify if the drops of battery life has come again or not without the graphic.

It looks like sw problem, but hte phone came also with a sw repair, and also i do a factory reset yesteday.

This morning after new total charge seems rhat the graphic has come again, so i could test the New battery.

The same happened to me after the battery replacement.

The solution was to charge the battery to 100% while z1 compact was switched ON!

When it was switched OFF and charging, the graph would display the same problem as yours.

Once the display was back to its normal condition showing proper dates and capacity, the problem never occured again.

As you say probably when i charged with power on the phone was when the battery stats starts to show, because at least the 2 first charges were with the phone off.
