Dirty camera lens

Good evening guys,
I'm having a very annoying problem regarding the camera lens: It's dirty from the inside. I can't take clear pictures anymore.
The phone had some contact with water which resulted in mist on the camera lens. I thought it just needs some time to disappear - but I was terribly wrong: Well, the mist disappeared but now theres something new: Some kind of dust inside the lens:

What shall I do? Any ideas?

Make sure to request a Vacuum test.
