Hey everyone, how's going?

I'm a happy owner of a Xperia Z1, I recently bought the model C6943 but I'm facing some issues.

First of all: My app "TV DIGITAL" (or Digital TV, in English) is not working. It just doesn't find ANY channels.

I'm in a Digital coverage area, so I do not know why this is happening.

Besides that, just to confirm: If I need to reset the phone, I just need to open the sim card flaps and press that little red button?

Thanks Sony for this great Smartphone.

* PS.: Please, provide a better Display for next successor of Xperia. This LCD is a piece of crappy, view angles is terrible, and the colors is not so good. Sorry for the foul language.

How fast/slow is your data plan? 

you can press the red buttton, or you can use SUS

My data plan is 10Mb/s, but it doesn't matter. Xperia Z1 C6943 has internal digital tv antenna.

This model is Japanese and Brazilian model, it is natively equipped with digital tv (without needing internet connection).

Nevermind, I just found out it was necessary to connect earphones + one extra cable (probably the digital antenna).

I haven't tested yet, but I know this is the correct way.

Hi guys, okay?

I have the same device (C6943 Brazilian version) , but my problem is: when I launch the TV Digital app, it doesn't open and this message apears "Can not start". I already reset the phone using the default reset settings and the PC companion but I had no success. Someone could help or havr any solution? Android 4.3. Thank you and happy new year!

Same issue here! did you found a solution? Mine is already updated to kitkat 4.4.2
