data usage problem

i can't reset or change Data usage cycle in my z2 lollipop

when i click on the period it show me nothing

is there away to fix that

Is your phone locked to carrier /network branded?

Before changing the cycle or setting a limt, you have to make sure that "Set mobile data limit" option is activated.

I am not sure lollipop allows you to reset data usage. I think this has been asked before.

i cant find settings > apps > all > Some app >clear data

is there any other way

In this case,it cannot be reset or we don't know yet how. Maybe you can get in touch with sony about this:
