Charging dock problem

Hi,

I have bought the Charging cradle for my Z1 Compact and it is great except for one thing. When I start a download and then connect the phone to the cradle (or disconnect), all downloads stop and I have to start over, because the file is not complete. It is quite unfortunate for me, since I use a private server at home and use Wi-Fi to transfer data to my phone. Is it a normal behavior of the Smart Connect (I suppose it's its job to manage these things), or do I have a faulty software?

Try settings-apps-al-smart connect,force stop and clear data.Connect again while downloading.

I have tried that and, unfortunately, it didn't help.

Do you have some 3rd party apps that could be involved?Try safe mode:

It is an app related,what did you install lately?

I got my head around it, I have installed another file browser (ES File Explorer) and it works like a charm. Thanks!
