Can't turn off keyboard vibrate

I can't stop the keyboard from vibrating. Have gone through the settings/sound/system and vibrate on touch is not checked, anyone else got the same problem?

settings > language & input > xperia keyboard settings

I have turn on a vibration when i touch a display,but after few cklicks vibrations not found. After few minutes without using a keyboard vibrations works again.anyone elese with the same problem?
