Can't play video

I keep getting the error can't play video or invalid url for videos recorded on the phone. Sony support told me to do a phone repair but it has made no difference, any suggestions would be appreciated!

Are you saving videos to external microSD?

Can you change location to internal,just to check if the microSD is fine?

What's the easiest way to move the files?

I am not saying to move them from SD to internal,set the camera to save in internal memory. If the card is corrupted,the videos are too and no reason to move them.

filesok moved to internalstorage with file commander and still the same error

Only problem phone insisted on moving them so that means my 6 Gb of movies are toast?

I am not sure,you should do what I have told,set the camera to save in internal and see if the same occurs.
