Caller ID not showing

Hi all. I have followed all instructions on how to ensure my number is shown when I make a call. I went into settings, call settings, additional settings, caller ID, show number and finally hit home. I have turned phone off then on and still when I phone someone it is appearing No Caller ID. Very frustrating. What am I doing wrong? Appreciate any assistance.

Try settings-apps-all-phone and contacts,force stop and clear data.Restart.

I would suggest you to contact your network.

Having the same issue and my network says that the caller I'd setting is active on their side. It is a brand new phone and sim, because I had to do a sim swap to get the nano sim. Could it be caused by the sim?

I have the same,problem, I have already contacted my network and averting is ok. The problem is start when I update to marshmallow official ota 6.0.1. 😞
