Bugged Xperia Z

I couldn't find xperia z on the forum soI chose z1.

Basically my phone started breaking a few months ago, I got it in september (so under a year ago) and it has started bugging out. It started with the camera not working so I had to reset it and it would be fine. Then the walkman would not open and freeze my phone, this used to happen every day and could last up to 7 hours. It would then say that *xperia home* or *xperia systems* needs force quitting, and obviously if they need force quitting the phone would turn off as these apps run the phone. Then It would also really over heat when using or charging, or if something was starting the freeze. It would also turn off and reset itself randomly without warning. It would just turn off and on again when I wasn't using it.

At the moment I am stuck with a dead phone. It will only start to turn on when it is plugged into the wall, but it it isn't it just flashes the red led 3 times and nothing more. It also really heats up when plugged into the wall. I dont know what to do as I can't afford another phone or a fix. And due to Sony's website having that bug when I was buying the phone I was not able to buy it from sony I had to get it from hong kong so I can not send it back. I also spent 6 months working to afford this phone as I am only 16. I really need it, and am also very disapointed in sony. I had heard great things but this has really let them down.

(I got the screen changed as someone dropped their iPhone on it and cracked the screen, so no fall damage just screen. That was fixed around 3 months ago. And the phone has only got really bad since the new update)
