Oops...
Today, my Z1 compact switched off mobile data & wifi an hour early... it seems it still thinks the current time is 23:30 hours, although the display clearly states that it is 22:30 hours!
Not very beautiful, even a little ugly. I just hope the alarm clock will go off at the right time tomorrow. I will see... I am guessing a reboot will fix it anyhow.

Same here on Xperia Z3, but in addition it keeps looping between start and end action until I disable the event in the app. Well done, haven't seen such interesting bug in a while.

Have you tried removing the current event and then adding the event again?

Yes. Same behavior after removing old and creating new identical event. Same effect after rebooting the phone as well.
Are you able to clear the data from the Smart Connect app and then retry the process.
Menu > Settings > Apps > All > Smart Connect > Clear Data

Clearing the data seems to have fixed the issue, at least for now. Verified by creating new event starting after short time and ending after a bit more. Thanks for quick response.
