Boot loop Xperia Z3 not booting properly

I have this problem that my Sony Z3 wont turn on properlly. Yes I did try to use the volume up button/volume down and power (it does turn it off, but thats all it does) When I try to turn it on again it will say "Sony Xperia" on that black screen. I tried to use that off button next to the sd card, it does work and it turns the phone off but when I try to boot it up it gets stuck on that exact same screen. I cant use sony Companion because the phone is not reconized.  Here is a video of my problem. Only 4 muinites.

I am sorry to hear that. Can you please test your phone in safe mode and see if it does the same thing?

Can you please remove the SD card and the SIM card and try again?

In that case, as you have already attempted the software repair and it will not proceed, I recommend you contact your Local support team to arrange a physical assessment.

My warranty is up and I need to pay shipping just so I can get a quote on how much it will cost me.....
