Bluetooth and Spotify - Services Automatic Start - Needs optimization, could improve battery

Hello

Some users may have seen I've been working on debugging Bluetooth things for the devices going through existing default Apps & API - before starting my own optimization, and I've found another tweak that can be applied but probably something Sony could talk to Spotify about as well as users sending suggestions to Spotify.

I thought it would be relevant to post this because Spotify is included as a preinstalled app.

If Bluetooth is active, Spotify starts a listener service.

The service can start even if no user is logged in to the Spotify app.

I've been running some scenario tests with my devices, WiFi only on, Bluetooth only, Both, and I noticed that Bluetooth was draining more power when it shouldn't compared to WiFi radio. So I started looking, and that's one of the apps that I have found.  I'm still going, but I'll be posting other things as I find them.

It's also one more service that the stack needs to accommodate.

Here's another snippet I took for file transfer this morning that I took for my other Bluetooth thread

There's problems with the BT one way because the device hasn't updated the pairing device name.

in this example Z5C can receive, but cannot send to the other device
