Battery drain after 5.0 update

Hi,

Ever since I updated the mobile, the battery would drain significatnly.. not even lasting for 12 hours even under light usage. Less than 2 hours in and it's already 82%. What could the problem be here? It never drained this fast before the update however I also never got a full day of battery with the Z3 compact.

Have you updated recently? If yes,the system may take some time to stabilize.

In my opinion and my experience, the battery life is way better now. A major upgrade always require a bit of time to stabilize. I use my Z3C with bluetooth on, always connected to my SW2 and well, some heavy usage as I work a lot of with my phone and I am able to push it at one entire day without problems. During weekends it last also more than 1 day.

By re-install, you mean as reparing the Xperia?

The problem is, I never even got a whole day battery... even before the update. But I have never repaired it on the Sony Companion.

yes, repair your phone with PCC
