App Access

Hi,

After upgrading to 5.1, am seeing something called as get more in the app usage access tab.

Anyone aware of this?

It's one of our preinstalled system apps so it's not a malware or something that you have downloaded. I'm not entirely sure but i believe it's used for the case you describe.

The app access usage is required to be turned on for get more app?

The information i have doesn't say if it's required or not but seeem to work fine for me when it's turned off.

I managed to get some more information about this app and at the moment it actually doesn't have any function and it's currently inactive. The purpose of it is to enable future user experiences but what that will be i'm not able to get information on.
