Android 4.3 update for Xperia Z not available yet in Iran

After about 45 days when Android 4.3 update was officially released for Xperia Z,the update is still not available in Iran.When would it be available?

I have no informaiton about when the update for your region/customization and operator may be released.

if the release date is really unknown..why u tell people for customization number, model, country, operator etc? bring update to get respect...we bought the phone with money....respect ur customer like samsung
