All apps linked to album and album not working

This is what i get when i try to use album and any program connected to album stops working and stop showing the images

i stopped every thing in the album and restarted not working

Formatted sd memory not working

there was a solution here about creating a dcim in sd card and transfer data to it also done it and still not working

what is the solution ??????

If the MicroSD is on of these 3 types (MicroSD - MicroSDHC - MicroSDXC) its should work perfectly other than these 3 will show some issues.I used microsd other than these 3 and at the beginning it was unreadable after I mounted it 2 or 3 times it worked,you do that too and see if anything changed if nothing changed format it by using PC ! if nothing changed try another MicroSD and see if the same issue occur or not !

Same here evn m getting this problem. I don't evn use external sd card.. It's just my default phone memory. Evn I get this issue. But then I restart my phone 😞

Try this option 

Settings-->Apps-->All--> Album ->clear data and catch !

you know what use your phone in Safe mode see if this happen or not !

how to get in safe mode ?

it was working already 

and i have done all what you said before i write this post

even i made factory default

and the problem happens even without using sd card

Interesting! okay,since u reset your phone to default and did not help ! then repair your phone by using PC companion 

this will uninstall everything in the phone and re install the 4.4.2 again its like you just got the Z1 but only with the new Update .

try it and let me know.

i installed a new software using pc and it is working now
