all Applications opening at once randomly

since ugrading to Android version 5.1.1 my Sony experia Z3 has been opening all aplications at once i can seem to be able to use it when it starts to do this cant use the phone.

Please assist

You may need to factory reset or wipe your phone, I always suggest to do so after major software upgrades.
