My z3 compact doesn't allow you to disable vibrate and my ice in case of emergency widget on lock screen had been disabled please assist

This is lollipop,sorry to tell you. Only silent mode will disable vibrations. Other way there is not.

About lock screen widgets,they have been removed by google.See this:

Regarding the vibrate, please use the search function as there are a lot of threads concerning this already.

For 3rd party apps, we can't guarantee compatibility. It does seem like this ICE-widget isn't compatible with the new Android version.
