Xperia Z1 green, white and purple LED doesn't light up

Hi, i've got  my Xperia Z1 repaired for almost 3 weeks due to my charging issue. But now, everything is fine. Now, i realised my green LED not show up when i charge my phone (90% above) then i try to test my LED using *#*#7378423#*#* and the result is my green, white, purple just blank! Only red and blue appear.

Just want to know if any of you has face this problem. I has try many of LED apps on Google Play but the result is same. Is it hardware issue or software issue? Please let me know because i don't want to sent and wait another 3 weeks!

I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion to see if it's a software issue.

Before repairing your device you may want to backup your information first. Check out this topic for more information on how to.

If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.

Hi, thanks for fast reply. I have try repair with PC Companion and do Factory Reset but, it's still same.

In that case unfortunately I think you need to send in the phone to a service center again. Contact your local support for more information.
