Accidently put default on sound settings

Hi, i try to change my alarm tone today. And usually the system will ask me if i wanna choose sound picker or file commander as default.
Unfortunately i choose sound picker for default and now i can't change my alarm to what i want. Are there any way for me to clear the default?

I try the Apps settings but the 'clear default' button on Sound Picker is grey so i can do nothing with it.

Look for the app, in this case, alarm app and clear the default.

Or try the following: when you are under settings-apps,tap on the 3 dots and reset app preferences.
