Xz2 compact dual sim loud Buzzing through headset making or receiving Calls

Hi, 

I have tried two Dual Sim Xz2c and both have loud buzzing through the headset using the call App.(calls ok through handset, Music ok through headset, Calls ok using Duo/Skype so this is specifically in regard to using the headest (any headset) using the Call APP (have tested different SIM card outgoing and incoming calls on different networks)

Have tested headsets, SIM cards etc on Z5c all perfect.

Does anyone else experience this specifc issue?

Does it also act this way in safe mode

And have you tried any other headsets?

Yes...tried two different Xz2c handsets, 3 different headsets (including what is boxed with the phone).

Have performed software repair, full factory reset and safe mode.

All testing performed as if the phone is out of the box.

Both XZ2c have the same issue, now have a escalation with Sony Mobile.

Issue resolved in latest update 51.1.a.4.225
