Hi @Sajujacob, welcome to the community.

VoLTE is controlled by the network, but the XZ Premium does indeed support it. Your network may need to push an update to your handset to use it though.

I recommend you contact your network and ask if they support VoLTE on this handset.

it does as far as I know, but your carrier has to support it.

Yes it supports it but also like WiFi calling you have to have the carrier version. Purchased from EE/Three/Voda

My service provider is Jio n it does hv VoLTE, I hv connected to LTE network successfully, created APN as per network settings, internet works but voice calls I can't. Nor I can see VoLTE option in network option visible. What's wrong?

you might want to contact your carrier for help and see if they have any solution for that.

But yes, as said.

Volte is dependant on the manufacturers having a volte profile from the networks in order to activate it.

Unfortunately this is normally reserved for phones bought from the networks as an "added bonus"

Hi, i have purchased sony Xperia xz premium in Riyadh and I'm using in India. My network is jio which supports volte but problem is I cannot see volte in this mobile.. It is showing LTE not VOLTE. My mobile is running with latest update.. I'm not sure if Saudi Arabia support volte.. But Xperia xz premium is volte supported phone it has to support anywhere. How can I upgrade to volte or how can I upgrade to India firmware. Please let me know

Sounds like you're confused about what volte is.

If you make a call and it still says LTE, you've got volte.
