Xz1c - mic not working when calling or skype and using loudspeaker mode OR using a pair of earphones

Hi there! 

When I make a call and activate the loudspeaker mode, my interlocuter does not hear me. The same happens if I plug in my sennheiser precision cx 300-ii earphones. When I open a different app (a messanger, for example) I am able to record a voice message even with the earphones plugged in.

Just to clarify, the issue is when you are using headphones and then switch to loudspeaker?

The issue is when I use a regular phone app or Skype + when I either 1)use loudspeaker or 2)connect a pair of earphones without a mic. I tried it with apple earphones (they have a mic) and people can hear me very well.

First thing to try is to boot in >>> safe mode  and try a regular call, as safe mode will disable all third party apps that could be causing this issue.

the problem is I already tried it:( the regular phonecall app still has the same issues in safemode

Hi. I have the same problem. I can't hear or hear very poorly if I talk via built-in microphone. In doing so, the Xperia testing utility records the sound.
