XZ Premium Touchscreen Calibration?

I've recently had my phone screen replaced and all was working well. 

As of yesterday I seem to have developed an issue where I can't swipe my status bar down in portrait mode. 

I can swipe down in portrait mode on the lock screen but not when using the phone regularly, the same symptoms persist in safe mode.

Is this a software issue, a miss calibration? 

I ran a diagnostic test and you can see clearly the status bar falls within the light blue area of the image which demonstrates the area of the screen I can't use.

The spare parts are only available at the authorized service centres and as far as I know, they don't sell them to private persons, so I won't be able to gift you one either. Slightly_frowning_Face

Ordering spare parts online will always be very tricky for the reasons you mentioned and you really want to make sure that the battery is original so you don't end up with some bad copy and you are scared to even charge the device. I'm not sure if the 3rd party shop has some kind of battery tester to see if a battery is genuine or not and you can buy from them.

Ok.. I will try Sony service centre again to see if they can provide a new battery. They probably say has to order and it takes time and iam very sure they will charge the battery at the price in 2014. I never seen a price drop at consideration here. But I wil just enquire about it. 

The 3rd party shop I went ,they said original not available , only duplicate ones are here. So there is no point in buying another duplicate one. 

Current battery fails below 20% but almost can be used from 90 to 30% and also it takes lot of time to charge via usb but little faster with dock charger.

I'm sure you are pretty good at keeping track of the battery percentage by now and you won't let it fall below 20%, but if everything else is working fine with the device and all it needs is a new battery, that better for both your wallet and the environment! Slightly_smiling_Face
