So I only noticed today this I don't know if this is design fault or faulty hardware but today was playing music though bluetooth and pluged in the charger and the phone froze and restarted I though I was normal and ignored it but once it got back up and connected bluetooth again it would freeze again then I investigated more and it looks like it only happens when fast charging and when connected via Bluetooth phone
It doesn't freeze while charging with Bluetooth off which is wierd and also doesn't seem to freeze when ussing a low current charging port like a laptop is my phone faulty or is this normal for xz premium?
Is there anything I can do try fixing or finding a problem?
Shouldn't reformatting the phone solve it?
Should I sent it to warranty to get it checked out?
It's pretty anoying that a 4 month old phone is probably already broken..
PS: so the phone has charged to over 70% doesn't seem to be freezing anymore but it's not charging anymore as fast it's only charging at 1200ma and when it was freezing it was charging at 1900ma this was checked ussing ampere..
Thanks Alex
@AlexMaru98 first thing i would try/look at is running it in Safe Mode......this will determine if a 3rd party app could possibly be interfering with this , failing that i would then look atrepairing the phone with Xperia Companion.

I'm having the same issues since the last update on Feb 18. Not to impressed. And don't want to have to reset my phone. That's just nippy.
I have been experiencing the same issues since buying my phone last month. Except mine freezes and restarts after without charging or connecting to blue tooth. Also the sim sometimes just goes out of place and gives me now signal. Have contacted Sony support countless times. Tried using phone in safe mode and repairing on Xperia companion but a me issues. Seems they want to kill time until my warranty runs out. If there's no permanent solution for me, I'm quitting Sony after over 10 years
