This phone is 6 months old and the first half centimetre of the top of the screen won't work at all. I researched this could be due to dust or water damage but the phone has not been near any conditions that could ruin it as well as the phone being IP68. I've booted safe mode and all that stuff but the top of the screen is simply bust.
