Xperia XZ1 constantly restarting, can't access phone at all.

Hi,
My Xperia XZ1 is continually restarting and then showing a black screen with a tools and a blue bar across the bottom. It then restarts again and this continues over and over again, I cannot access my phone at all. I've tried forcing restart etc but nothing working. Can't install update as I can't get on to menu or find IMEI number. Any ideas?

@Rhiannon27 have you tried to remove the SIM card and start the phone like this?

I'm having the same problem 

I've done the factory reset with Xperia companion still the same. 

I've even taken out the sim card. 

and still nothing,

I can't even get into the phone to see what the IMEI no is,
