Rich Communication Service (RCS service) is eating battery

Rich Communication Service (RCS on the screenshot) is eating battery. It happen after upgrade to latest (.51 ) firmware. It's not big deal, but there is no RCS messages from my service provider. Any idea how to fix that service?

you can use adb command to debloat

Can we just force stop it?
