Xperia XZ calls question

Hello can someone please help me I need to set my fone so that I can make a call but my no must not show at the other person

Hi @Jy3, welcome to our forum!

Do I understand correctly that you want to hide your number for outgoing calls? If that is correct, you may change the caller ID in your device, if you start with opening up the Phone application > three dots in the top right corner > Settings > Calls > Additional settings > Caller ID > Hide number.

You can also check with your operator if there is a code you can type in before the phone number to make your number hidden. That way you don't have to change the caller ID all the time unless you always want your number to be hidden.

Thank you for your reply. Yes that is what I mean and I did try that but Caller ID is not highlighted so that I can open it to change the settings.

Have you tried waiting a few seconds for the device to be able to load the network settings? It could also be that your operator does not allow you to change this, so if you still can't tap on "Caller ID", please get in touch with them and they should be able to provide you with further information as to why you aren't allowed to change this.
