Wrong with the camera

Have restarted the Phone to fabric, but got det same message "unknown failure. Can you help me?

I'm sorry to hear about the issue, did you factory reseted the phone through the phone's menu or Xperia Companion?

If the former then try Xperia Companion, if the later then contact Sony directly to get it inspected as it could be hardware related
