WiFi Very Slow XZ

Hi my Xperia Xz wifi is extremely slow. Have problems with YouTube loading, browsing etc. My iPhone has no such issues. The phone has been to Xperia repair recently 

came out from repair saying "antenna replaced "

but still facing this issue with the upto date software.

Does anyone else have this problem?

is there anything I can do?

Does it happen on every wifi connection? Do you experience the same issues in safe mode?

Hi I have just checked it and I think it's slightly better on safe mode, but still not good as other phones, anything I can do?

@Jrnr,

As it has just come back from repair it may be doing updates to software and firmware which could be slowing it down.

If it doesn't get better in the next few days, try a software repair using Xperia Companion. If that does not help, then I recommend you contact your Local support team.

It's been 3 weeks after repair so I don't think there are any updates running, but I noticed that once I restart the phone it's fast, then slows down after a while.Not sure why but will wait till the next update and see.😁

Hi there I know this is an old post, just wondering if you fixed this problem as the same happens to my xz premium. Won't even do a speed test on WiFi reset the phone and she tests at over 100mbps.
