Volume to high warning

Hi, 

I use my Sony xperia in my car to play music over Bluetooth. When I have my volume turned up so I can adjust by the volume controls on my radio rather then having to look at my phone, my phone randomly cuts the volume in half for a "volume to high alert" making me have to look at my phone to dismiss the alert and turn my volume back up.  This is very annoying and also extremely unsafe, is there a way to disable this alert in the menus?   I've looked everywhere and there doesn't seem to be anything.

@Narswall there's no way to disable it, as the warning is there because of legal requirements (EU regulations).

Who makes these ridiculous laws? If someone wants to blow out their eardrums then let them! I would rather be on the road with a deaf person than someone trying to manipulate a stupid warning on their phone while they careen into several other drivers...one of which might be me!

I can see it now...while the young man is lying in his coffin at the funeral home...someone steps up to the coffin and remarks...well, he died with his eardrums intact...and he only took out a few others at the same time.

I am not in the EU and I do not have the European version of the phone.  This response to regulation still does nothing because if I use the receiver in my car I have to turn the volume to the max which would be catastrophic for hearing if I accidentally switched to radio at that volume.  Plus it also shortens the life of the receiver by making it run at peak wattage always.

I figured I would also note that I don't have a problem with a volume warning or with the phone decreasing the volume when I change audio devices. I'm just annoyed with the volume being turned down from where I adjusted it to. If you added an option to turn off the high volume periodic adjustment,  but leave the alert, it would be very helpful and much less distracting/dangerous when driving.
