Unknown Icon in status bar

Hallo ihr Lieben, 

Ich sitze hier völlig ratlos mit dem Handy meine Omi 🙈 Da ist oben in der Statusleiste ein Symbol zu sehen, welches mir nicht bekannt ist. Oma sagt, sie war noch nie im Internet und schon gar nicht mit dem Gerät, wodurch die jungen Leute verlernt haben,  sich zu unterhalten 😅😊

Es wäre so lieb, wenn mir jemand weiterhelfen könnte....es geht um das ganz linken Symbol.

The icon in question does not seem to be from one of the pre-loaded apps in the phone, it may however be from an app downloaded from Play Store. Have you tried swiping the status bar down to see if there is a notification matching the icon?
