Hi @Taras92, I am very sorry to hear about this.
A software repair is a good start to troubleshoot this behaviour. Keep in mind though that you will need to start the repair with the phone unplugged from the computer and check the box named "My device cannot be started or is a Smartwatch 3".
If the software repair do not manage to improve the functionality of the phone,I suggest that you get in contact with your local support team in order to have your phone sent to a service center to be examined and repaired.
If you have any questions regarding the service, such as routines, warranty and consumer laws, these type of questions are best answered by your local support team as well, as they vary between markets.
