Track with IMEI

Is tracking a lost phone with IMEI number possible in South Africa? How can I go about it? Who can help? Sony? Service Provider? Police?!

Hi @Ger5, very sorry to hear about what has happened. Slightly_frowning_Face

I'm afraid that we have no way of tracking your device using the IMEI number, however if the device is still powered on, have an active network connection and you had a Google account added in the device, you can try locating it using the Google service called Find My Device.

If the device is powered off, get in touch with the Police and your service provider so they can block the device from being used with a SIM card.
