Do you have a case on your phone where you keep your bank or bus cards? There is a NFC sensor on the back of the device that will try to read these cards and if there is no application installed in the device that can read them, you will get this error message.

The easiest way to solve this is by disabling NFC and you can do so in Settings > Device connections > NFC.

If you need to use NFC later on for pairing an accessory, you can enable it again.
