Theme change issue

Hi all,

I am facing one issue for my xperia xz2. That i cant change the themes for my mobile. Even i try to change using xperia assistan and it crash.. Any one facing same issue or have any solution please let me.

Desde la última actualización no puedo cambiar de tema del teléfono descargo y no puedo usar ningún tema 

Since the last update I can not change the subject of the download phone and I can not use any theme

Hello how did you solve the problem with the themes I am on the same situation that I cannot change it I cannot see the themes option anymore

There are 2 ways to get theme option back

Reset all aap or do Factory reset option. The only thing is you have  to re-enter all the data after the App reset. If it doesn't work then you have to go with factory reset option
