system ui has stopped

My XZ1c just updated some apps and the system ui crashed.
After restarting I get the security pin unlock screen, then the screen turns black.

When I press the camera button, I get to see the camera screen but the message "system ui has stopped" keeps popping up.
Can't seem to get anywhere other than camera or restart. same thing also happens in safe mode.

I never rooted my phone or changed rom or anything like that only used nova launcher.
I would appreciate your help.

The problem is not sloved! Why do you write sloved when it is not nearly sloved becouse nobody is able do follow the instructions! This support forum dose not help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is worth nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
