Start up fail

My XZ1 froze during using, and I try to restart it to solve this problem, but it failed to start, trying  to restart many times and freeze at the starting page with SONY every time. While every restart, the light on the upper left always flickered several times with different colour.

Now I have done software repairing from the SONY Companion, but it still does not work.

I have connect sony support. Unfortunately, they cannot help me because my XZ1 was bought from AMAZON CANADA but it sells in Panama. Support cannot provide service for me.
