Stamina mode bug

Hello,
I noticed the below bug while using stamina mode:

For regular (not super stamina) mode, instead of autostart at xx % level I selected always on mode and chose "preferable performance" level so that the phone is a bit slower, stutters here and there but not that much. Is is ok that it works slower as it saves some battery because of that. The problem is when I wanted to turn it off, I mean turn off stamina mode. In settings it was showing that stamina mode is off however the lag ans stuttering was still there. 

Only restart of he phone helped to get it back to full speed free of lag. 
Somehow it did not turn off? 

Can someone pass it internally to devs? 
Or maybe better QA team if this one exists? 
I am running on 45.0.A.7.120.

@azzido I can't reproduce the issue but could you try to restart your phone in safe mode?

Hi, unfortunately it happens in safe mode too.

I get the same issue with XA2. If stamina is disabled and I try to enable it, it doesn't change state without restart. Exiting and reentering the setting changes seems to enable it only visual, not on performance. The same issue when stamina is enabled and I try to disable it or to change level. I have to exit, reenter and finally restart in order to see  results
