Speed Dialing

Why isn't there a speed dial option? I believe my XZ had it.

Hi @frankt1, welcome to the community.

The speed dial function is not available in Xperia™ L1, Xperia™ XA, Xperia™ XA Ultra, Xperia™ XA1, Xperia™ XA1 Ultra and Xperia™ XA1 Plus.

Thank you for the reply. Your list did not have XZ1. Is that also not supported?

My apologies, I thought you had a different phone.

The option for Speed Dial isn't there, but what you can do is mark a contact as a favourite.

To add a contact to your favourites

1. From your Home screen, tap the Application screen icon.
2. Find and tap Contacts.
3. Tap the contact that you want to add to your favourites, and then mark the star icon.

To remove a contact from your favourites

1. From your Home screen, tap the Application screen icon.
2. Find and tap Contacts.
3. Tap the contact that you want to remove from your favourites, and then unmark the star icon.

When you are in the call log, on the top left is a star. Your favourite contacts will be listed here.
