Sounds turns off all the time. Ring, sms, and if i try using Spotify i have to restart. Any suggestions?

Does this happen while using headphones or having the headphones connected to the phone? either wired or Bluetooth?
Both. And if i try to check something on youtube, nhl, there isnt any sound
This is something I would try, boot in >>> safe mode
Safe mode will disable all third party apps that could be causing the problem.
